Terrin brings 15-years’ experience in automotive with a tier 1 supplier to Nissan, Calsonic Kansei North America. After a merger with Magneti Marelli, the two companies formed Marelli. During her time there, Terrin earned two President’s awards and a COO award for HR IT projects and culture-building initiatives. Terrin served on the Rutherford Works Leadership Team and chaired the Rutherford County Manufacturing Council. Prior to leaving Marelli, Terrin had responsibility for thousands of employees across the U.S. and Mexico in the company’s second-largest business unit, Interior Experience. Terrin has completed SOAR Leadership Training and is a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI) trainer. Having many excellent mentors and dynamic experiences, she was able to develop a strong foundation for her transition into the wire and cable industry.

Background:

Terrin has an innate love for manufacturing, being from the Motor City and is a firm believer that people are a company's greatest asset. She operates with a ‘go-and-see’ mentality and a high sense of urgency. While receiving her degree from the University of Michigan, she was an active member of her sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon, holding various positions including Presidency.

Personal:

Terrin was born in Michigan and relocated to Tennessee for her career in 2009. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, cooking, and exercising at the gym.
